Bill Titus

President

Bill began working for DRI in 1977 while still in high school. Returning to DRI after college, he helped move the company from a developer of custom software for early micro-computers to the respected manufacturing software and consulting firm that it is today. He has responsibilities for the company’s strategic direction, as well as overseeing software and systems design, and business consulting. In addition to his responsibilities as the company’s chief executive, Bill is truly DRI’s lead technologist and can often be found participating in a software demo or working with the staff to solve a particularly interesting request from a customer.

Bill graduated from Harvard College in 1981, cum laude, with an AB in Mathematics. In his spare time, Bill enjoys recreational volleyball and distance running, and spending time with his wife and their three horses.


John Schuetz

CFO

John joined DRI in 1995 as a senior accountant. He went on to hold the titled of Controller and is currently employed as DRI’s Chief Financial Officer. John leads the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls and financial planning. He is also responsible for presenting the financial position of the company to DRI’s Board of Directors.

John earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991. John is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Sam DeBone

Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Sam has been leading DRI’s sales and marketing team since 1989. Sam has over 30 years of experience in the software industry and over 25 years of experience with SyteLine software solutions. He is actively involved not only with projects for new customers, but also in working to ensure that DRI’s existing customers always receive the advice and support they need concerning upgrades, new products, and consulting services. Sam enjoys working closely with DRI’s customers and is committed to the company philosophy that there is nothing more important than DRI’s relationship with our customers.

Sam has directly contributed to the numerous awards and recognitions that DRI has acquired over years. DRI has been awarded more SyteLine sales performance awards than any other SyteLine partner in the United States. Sam holds a BA in Economics from Bethany College. He lives in Greensburg, PA with his wife and has three grown children. Sam is also an avid golfer.


John Haddox, MBA, MS-ISM, PMP

Vice President of Professional Services

As Vice President of Professional Services, John is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the advice and resources they need to meet their business system goals and to create long-term strategies that maximize their investment in those systems. Since joining DRI in 1999 as a business consultant, John has served in management capacities leading DRI’s consulting, technical and development teams. John oversees all customer engagements, ensuring that DRI’s professional services staff provides clients with practical solutions that meet their goals and objectives. John has a strong and diverse background in manufacturing, operations, CRM and IT project management. Prior to joining DRI, he held positions in operations management and logistics management at Thermal Industries and Bayer Corporation.

John holds an MBA and Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Duquesne University. His undergraduate degree was in Supply Chain Management. John is certified in several Infor products including SyteLine ERP, Corporate Performance Management (PM10), Infor Motion and Inforce. John holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute.


Michael Williams, CPIM, MBA

Vice President of Operations

Michael joined Business Technology Associates in 1997 as their V.P. of Operations and remained with the company when it was acquired by DRI in 2012. Michael has 17 years of experience helping manufactures improve efficiency and profitability with ERP systems. Michael runs DRI’s Austin branch and manages all services provided out of that office.

Prior to joining Business Technology Associates, he was VP of Operations for a $300 million electronics manufacturer. Michael has a B.S. in Industrial Management and an M.B.A. He is an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager.


Sharon Byrnes

Director of Professional Services (Technical Services)

Sharon joined DRI in 1991. She is responsible for specification development, application development, user documentation, and troubleshooting. She has expertise with UNIX, Windows, Progress RDBMS, SQL, database design, and more than 20 years of SyteLine releases.
Sharon is skilled both with the customization of the standard SyteLine product and with the designing and development of new large scale integrated add-ons.

Before joining DRI, she spent several years working in a mid-size titanium manufacturing environment. Her duties included raw materials purchasing, and implementing an early version of SyteLine which included creating custom screens and reports and providing user training and support. Sharon earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics & Astronomy and English from the University of Rochester, NY. She is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Wendy Levine

Director of Marketing

Wendy is in her second stint with DRI, originally joining the company in 1994. She has over 20 years of experience in the software industry; including time as a business consultant, technical product manager, and entrepreneur. Wendy received her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and lives in the North Hills of Pittsburgh with her husband and two children.

DRI customers know Wendy as the source of DRI emails and communications, keeper of the website, and the go-to person for answers regarding user group and conference activities. She is always on the lookout for interesting customer stories, webinar and seminar topics, and suggestions on how we can improve the way in which DRI communicates and does business with our customers.


David Worden, CPIM

General Manager

David joined Access Group in 1999 and remained with the company when it was acquired by DRI in 2013. As an owner and partner with Access Group, David oversaw multiple areas of the organization; including sales, professional services, and operations. David manages the Wichita branch, where he works closely with existing customers, as well as potential customers who are evaluating DRI and our products.

David has a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and is an APICS Certified Production and Inventory Control Manager. He lives in Wichita with his wife and two children.

Nancy Przyhocki

Senior Customer Service Specialist

Nancy joined DRI in 2005. She is responsible for scheduling the professional services staff out of our Austin Branch and works with customers to facilitate consulting engagements, development projects, training classes and any other project requiring our professional services staff. Nancy also coordinates support for the DRI Forecasting, SytePLAN and SyteLEAN applications.

Nancy studied marketing and business at Morris County College. She has worked in customer services, materials management, purchasing and warehouse managements throughout her career. Nancy grew up in New Jersey and currently resides in Cedar Park, Texas. She is based out of the Austin branch.


Natasha Brandenburg

Senior Customer Service Specialist

Natasha joined DRI in 2007. She coordinates scheduling and assists clients with managing all new requests for services. Natasha will work closely with you to facilitate consulting engagements, development projects, training classes, and any other project requiring our professional services staff. She enjoys working one-on-one with our customers, and we encourage you to contact Natasha not only when you need to schedule a resource, but anytime that you have a question or concern.

Natasha studied marketing and business management at Robert Morris University. She has worked in various levels of customer service throughout her career, starting at age 16, including roles such as Team Leader and Project Manager. She holds a seat on her Borough Council where she is also the Chairman of the Building Committee. Natasha grew up in the Pittsburgh area and currently resides in Sewickley with her husband and new baby. She is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Jason Snarr

Manager, Customer Service

Jason joined DRI in 2012. He works closely with John Titus to ensure that our customers stay up-to-date on Infor products and receive any help they need with product quotes, software licenses, and contracts. After spending 10 years in retail, Jason worked as an Account Executive for Symantec Corporation and then spent the next 4 years at Infor managing SyteLine customers, including those at DRI. Jason works out of his home office in Salt Lake City, where he lives with his wife Courtney and 4 daughters.


John Titus, MBA

Manager, Customer Service

John has been with DRI since 1994 and has over 25 years of experience in customer service and sales. John works with customers on a daily basis and an expert in all-things Infor, including maintenance renewals and license agreements. He has received several sales and customer service awards from Infor.

John earned a B.A. with a history major and minor in communications from the University of Hartford. He has an M.B.A. in management and marketing from St. Bonaventure University. Most recently, John received a M.Div. from Pittsburgh Theological Seminary. He is an avid runner and marathoner. On weekends and evenings, John serves as a minister at church in a suburb of Pittsburgh. John is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.

Chuck Bigham

Senior Software Developer

Chuck joined DRI in 2001 and has over 23 years of experience with SyteLine development projects and administration. He is responsible for developing reports, utilities, and enhancements for SyteLine and related products.

Chuck previously held positions of Administrator and Developer for High End Systems, a 120-user SyteLine installation. He earned a B.S. in Physics, a minor in Mathematics, and graduated with honors from Stephen F Austin University. Chuck is based out of the Austin branch.


John Crish

Senior Business Consultant

John joined DRI in 2008. He provides business consulting, project management services, and software application education to customers implementing SyteLine. John has significant knowledge of best practices in the areas of finance, operations, materials management, production scheduling, and business process improvement. Prior joining DRI, he had 17 years of manufacturing management and information technology experience; including positions as Director of Operations and Director of Information Systems at companies using SyteLine.

While a SyteLine user, John served two terms as President of the SyteLine User Network (SUN) as well as two terms as the SUN Regional Director for the US Midwest region. John has earned various degrees while attending Ohio University, Kent State, Youngtown State and Cleveland State in mechanical and industrial engineering disciplines. He is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Mary Farina

Senior Business Consultant

Mary joined DRI in 2008. She has over 17 years of experience with SyteLine and Cognos implementation and training, as well as more than 20 years of experience in the areas of financial and cost accounting and business systems administration. Mary has led three SyteLine projects that received the international “Implementation of the Year” awards. She has held multiple positions at manufacturing companies using SyteLine, including Education Manager and positions in accounting and project management.

She has a BS, with honors, in Business and Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University, and has authored SyteLine training materials used internationally. Mary is Infor Certified. She is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Carol Farmer

Senior Businss Consultant

Carol joined DRI in 1996. She has more than 16 years of experience in SyteLine Accounting and Finance implementation and training and more than 18 years of experience in financial, cost accounting, and operations management within manufacturing industries. Her previously held positions include Management roles in accounting and project management for manufactures running their business with SyteLine.

Carol received a BS in Accounting from Purdue University and is also Infor Certified. She is based out of the Austin branch.


Bryan Frazer

Business Consultant

Bryan joined DRI as an employee in 2013, and worked for many years as a DRI subcontractor prior to that. He has 15 years of business system deployment, development and IT strategy experience. Bryan specializes in SyteLine application consulting, including new installations, upgrades, data migrations, training, and project management. He also has experience in strategic planning, development, business and IT alignment, transformation and change management.

Prior to joining DRI, Bryan managed extensive system design and integration projects for over 11 years as a Business Solutions Consultant and as Infor’s Global Solutions Director of Technical Services. He has led several large-scale program management efforts and has extensive experience with ERP implementations, financial analysis, and business intelligence; including projects for multi-national companies in Europe and across the United States. Bryan has been responsible for strategic planning, application integration, and international deployments in 12 countries.

Bryan holds a Bachelors of Management Information Systems from Bowling Green State University and has achieved a Microsoft Certified System Engineer Certification (MCSE) from Microsoft. He is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


J.D. Goodrich

Senior Business Consultant

J.D joined DRI in 1993. He has more than 20 years of experience with SyteLine implementations and training and over 24 years of experience in in the areas of purchasing, planning, scheduling, and manufacturing operations. J.D. is a Lean manufacturing leader and facilitator and has held multiple positions in industry, including as the Director of Manufacturing for an electronics manufacturer. J.D. received a BS in Mathematics from the University of Texas and is also Infor Certified.


Mike Lehner

Business Consultant

Mike joined DRI in 2013. He has been involved with manufacturing since 1970; holding positions from Production Planner, Shift Supervisor, Manager of Operations, Supply Chain Director and everything in between. He been a consultant and project manager for many ERP implementations beginning in 1997. Mike has been specializing in SyteLine since 2006. He is a functional type of Business Consultant in that he understands manufacturing and distribution needs and is able to verbalize those needs to both operational and IT members of a project team, and develop best practices that meet all of a client’s needs.

Mike studied Mechanical Engineering before entering the manufacturing workforce. He is APICS certified and currently working toward his Project Management Professional Certification. Mike enjoys his 7 grandchildren more than anyone can imagine, and when not spending time with them he is remodeling in 160 year-old home. Mike is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Shirley O'Neill

Technical Services Manager

Shirley joined DRI as an employee in 2013, and was a DRI contractor for many years prior to that. She has more than 10 years of experience in SyteLine technical services management and project management, more than 20 years of experience in ERP project management, and over 26 years of experience in the manufacturing and field service software industry.

Shirley was previously the Director of Technical Services at Infor. She received a BS in Computer Science from Shippensburg University. Shirley and her husband have 3 children in college and they enjoy spending any time with them they can get, as well as outdoor activities. Shirley is based out of the Austin branch.


Brian Romano

Senior Software Developer

Brian joined DRI in 2007. He is responsible for developing personalizations and customizations for our SyteLine customers. Brian is extremely experienced with the SyteLine platform and does a heavy amount of SQL scripting. He earned a degree in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005. Brian lives in Pittsburgh with his wife and son.


Kendra Scanlon, MBA, PMP

Business Consultant

Kendra joined DRI in 2014. She has over 8 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain management. She has managed multiple ERP, CRM, SaaS and Lean manufacturing implementations and improvement projects.

Kendra received her MBA from Hult International Business School and a B.A. in Business Management from Hope College in Holland, MI with honors. She has received the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute. Kendra is based out of the Austin branch.


Tracy Sartoris

Software Developer

Tracy joined DRI in 1991 as a developer. She is responsible for developing personalizations and customizations for SyteLine customers. Tracy has worked with Progress since the mid-80’s, Symix/SyteLine since 1991, and SQL since the mid-90’s. She earned an associate’s degree from Computer Systems Institute. Tracy is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Pete Sletmoe

Integral Products Developer

Pete has worked on projects related to SyteLine since joining DRI in 2012 as a software developer for the Integral Family of Products. In this role, he has been able to assist with the ongoing improvement of the Integral Enterprise Viewer and Integral Enterprise DataBridge applications. Before joining DRI, he worked at a manufacturing facility for 15 years. While there, he developed paperless shop floor reporting systems and business performance data collection systems. He has also worked as a lean manufacturing facilitator, and in that role led numerous kaizen events throughout the facility.

Pete has a B.S. in Information Technology from the University of Phoenix. When he is not at work, his time is spent with his family. He and his wife are certified foster parents and have 5 children.


Teresa Young Smith

Senior Business Consultant

Teresa joined DRI in 2005 as a Business Consultant and Project Manager. She has worked with SyteLine for over 21 years, and has particular expertise in Order Entry, CRM, Finance, and Project Management.
Teresa has a B.S. in Secondary Education with a minor in Accounting. She is based out of the Wichita branch.


Brad Stephenson

Senior Business Consultant

Brad has been with DRI since 2011 as a Business Consultant. He has over 30 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has worked with SyteLine for more than 15 years. He specializes in Manufacturing and Procurement. Brad has an Associate of Science degree from from Hutchinson Community College and attended Kansas State University. He is based out of the Wichita branch.


Mike Stitt, MBA, CPIM, PMP

Business Solution Consultant

Before joining DRI in 1997, Mike had 10 years of manufacturing experience in the areas of production control, scheduling, material planning and systems implementation. He has served as Operations Manager, Manufacturing Systems Analyst, Manufacturing Project Leader, Master Production Scheduler, Operations Supervisor and Material Buyer/Planner. His responsibilities have included managing the production, planning & scheduling, and purchasing departments.

Currently, Mike’s responsibilities at DRI include providing business consulting, project management services, and software application education to customers implementing SyteLine. Mike has significant expertise in best practices in the areas of finance, operations, materials management, production scheduling, and business process improvement.

Mike holds an M.B.A. from Duquesne University and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Grove City College. Mike also holds a CPIM (certified in Production and Inventory Management) from APICS and his PMP from the Project Management Institute. Mike and his wife Kelly have 3 daughters and he possesses a true love for sports. He is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


Mark Trumpy

Senior Business Consultant

Mark joined DRI in 2013. He has 20 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, including multiple positions as Director of Quality, and 15 years of experience with the SyteLine application. Mark provides consulting services that include new installations, upgrades, data migrations, training, and project management. He has worked with clients in many industries such as; aerospace, medical equipment, plastics, large equipment manufacturing, and oil & gas. He has worked with small startup, multi-billion dollar companies, and companies of every size in-between.

Prior to joining DRI, Mark has implemented SyteLine throughout the USA as well as Brazil, Argentina, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, and Spain. He has extensive experience with all standard SyteLine functionality, and particular expertise with multi-site transactions and the add-on packages Labr-Trak, Doc-Trak, RFQ, and Field Service. He is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.


John Urban

Senior Software Developer

John originally joined DRI in 1996. He has more than 25 years of experience installing, upgrading, customizing and managing Symix/SyteLine on UNIX & Windows platforms. John also has more than 10 years of experience as the IT Manager of publicly traded manufacturing company. He has designed, developed and deployed SyteLine based solutions for numerous manufacturing companies.

John is a former Board Member of SyteLine User’s Network (SUN) user group and has given multiple technical presentations at SUN’s annual user conferences. John received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Houston. He is based out of the Austin branch.


Jeff Wall

Senior Business Consultant

Jeff is a Senior Business Consultant based in Houston Texas. He has worked with DRI recurrently for 13 years, originally joining in 1999. Jeff has an additional 5 years of SyteLine experience as a Cost Accounting Manager and SyteLine Administrator. Prior to working with SyteLine, Jeff held positions as Controller, Internal Auditor, and Staff Accountant for both large multi-national and small family owned companies. Jeff has a BS Degree from Oklahoma State University with a Major in Accounting and has considerable knowledge and experience in Finance, HR, Inventory Control, Production, CRM, and Business Process Improvement.


Brian Zawistowski

Senior Software Developer

Brian joined DRI in 2014. He has more than 16 years of experience with database development, installing, upgrading, programming and managing ERP systems in Windows environments. He also has more than 10 years of experience with Microsoft SQL. Prior to joining DRI, he was an IT Manager for a manufacturing company for 16 years.

Brian received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Houston, Texas. He is based out of the Austin Branch.
