Bill Titus
PresidentBill Titus is DRI's President. He has been with DRI since it's founding in 1978. Bill has responsibilities for the company's strategic direction, as well as with its efforts in software and systems design, and business consulting. Over that time, DRI has moved from working with an Altair microcomputer (famous as the computer for which Bill Gates first wrote Basic), through Unix computers, to the current technology era dominated by PC and internet-based technologies. Throughout that period, DRI has strived to master those technologies, along with best practices within the disciplines in which we consult, to become experts applying those skills to deliver superior practical solutions to our customers, to enable them to make their businesses more successful and competitive.
Bill was graduated from Harvard College in 1981, cum laude, with an AB in Mathematics. In his spare time, Bill enjoys recreational volleyball and distance running, as well as spending time with his pet dog and horse.
Samuel DeBone
Vice President of Sales and MarketingMr. DeBone is responsible for all SyteLine sales and marketing activities at Decision Resource, Inc (DRI). Mr. DeBone is actively involved in both consulting and recommending SyteLine solutions to new customers and working with DRI’s customers to maintain their manufacturing competitive edge with on-going upgrades, training, consulting, etc. Mr. DeBone enjoys working closely with DRI’s over 400 customers and is committed to the company philosophy that DRI’s customers are the main reason for the success of DRI.
Mr. DeBone has 30 years experience in the software industry and over 20 years experience with SyteLine software solutions. He has directly contributed to the numerous awards and recognitions DRI has acquired over years. DRI has been awarded more SyteLine sales performance awards than any other SyteLine partner in the United States. DRI was the Infor Affiliate of the Year in 2008 and Mr. DeBone received the Infor SyteLine Top Sales Award as well.
Mr. DeBone holds a BA in Economics from Bethany College, Bethany, West Virginia. Mr. DeBone is dedicated to staying current on all aspects of manufacturing and software best practices and has successfully completed numerous sales strategy training classes and completed numerous SyteLine ERP and manufacturing industry training programs.
In Mr. DeBone’s personal time he enjoys watching his children’s sporting activities, golfing, playing basketball and other aerobic activities.
Peter D. Tripoli
Vice President of Professional ServicesMr. Tripoli is responsible for all SyteLine implementation and programming activities for the customers of Decision Resource, Inc (DRI). In his role, Mr. Tripoli is actively engaged in defining and delivering the approach and resources to ensure the best fit of ERP and related applications in each customer environment. The staff of 15 professionals represent hundreds of person-years of experience in driving improvement in efficiency and reduction in non value-added processes for DRI's 400+ customers. DRI's Professional Services team is committed to Customer Satisfaction and Quality Service through Industry-proven Implementation and Software Development Methodologies.
Mr. Tripoli has 25 years experience in the consulting and software development industries, with 12 years experience in the manufacturing marketplace. He has directly contributed to the development of numerous leading-edge computer-based solutions and has been featured in numerous articles and publications. With experience in very large scale, muti-national projects as well as a multitude of small to medium projects, Mr. Tripoli brings a wealth of experience in guiding professional services organizations.
Mr. Tripoli has studied Computer Science, Computer Programming and Accounting at both the university and technical levels. Mr. Tripoli regularly attends continuing education programs, seminars and industry awareness events.
In his spare time, Mr. Tripoli is active in youth programs, volunteer work, and equine sports.
John Haddox, PMP
Consulting ManagerMr. Haddox began his tenure with DRI in 1999 as a business consultant and since January 2000 has been manager of DRI's consulting practice. In this capacity, he provides engagement management and project management leadership ensuring that DRI’s professional services staff provides our clients with practical solutions that meet our client’s goals and objectives. John has a strong and diverse background in manufacturing/operations and IT project management. Prior to joining DRI, he held positions in operations management and logistics management at Thermal Industries and Bayer Corporation.
Mr. Haddox holds an MBA and Master of Science -Information Systems Management from Duquesne University. His undergraduate degree was in Supply Chain Management. He is certified in several Infor products including SyteLine ERP, Epiphany CRM, Performance Management (PM10) and Infor iCRM. He is been an active member of Duquesne University’s School of Business Technology Advisory Board since 2002.
John lives in a suburb of Pittsburgh with his wife and three children. When not working or attending one of his kids’ activities, John enjoys photography, playing guitar and being active in his church and in the community.
John Oehler
Manager, Integral ProductsJohn Oehler is Lead Architect and Manager for the Integral Family of Products at DRI. He has primarily authored Integral Enterprise Viewer and Integral Enterprise DataBridge. For the former (IEV), John made the first version after enhancing an already existing product written in Progress 4GL. This version was written in the Visual Studio 6.0 tool-set. He then re-wrote the Viewer in .Net, and co-authored the DataBridge product, also in .Net. He has also completed many other projects for Infor SyteLine written in Progress and Microsoft technologies.
John has been with DRI for 9 years, and has been programming and performing IT functions for the Manfucturing industry for 20 years. Prior to DRI, John was the Manager of IT systems at a Manufacturing company, handling hardware, network infrastructure and creating software solutions. Then he accepted a job for a major ERP software company and quickly became a lead developer.
John holds two Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer certifications – one for Visual Studio 6.0 and one for .Net. He also is a Certified Netware Engineer.
In his spare time, John is an on-line gamer, an ultralight backpacking enthusiast, and a bass player.
