Vortex Vales is considered the world leader in valves for handling of dry bulk solids. Headquartered in Salina, KS, the company has offices throughout the United States, United Kingdom, China, Latin America, and Europe. Vortex’s mobile display units, and field service crews that travel anywhere, mean that Vortex customers have access to the highest level of customer care in the industry. Vortex utilizes CloudSuite Industrial’s Capable-to-Promise functionality to deliver customers immediate ship-date information and 24-hour turn-around on quotes.
W.C. Weil Company is a manufacturer’s representative and service provider for municipal water and waste treatment equipment systems. W.C. Weil’s 4-month implementation project is one of the quickest we have seen, and DRI’s team was impressed with the ability of W.C. Weil’s team to identify and focus on their critical requirements during the successful project. W.C. Weil uses the CloudSuite Service application to manage customer equipment and track service requests and scheduled maintenance requirements. W.C. Weil was acquired by Pumpman Holdings in August of 2017, and Pumpman is now also implementing CloudSuite Industrial.
Ellwood Group is one of DRI’s larger customers, with over 2200 employees and dozens of companies in the iron casting and forging industries. Ellwood is a major supplier of high-quality, engineered, heavy metal components to customers around the world. The 115-year-old company is known for their dedication to quality and technology. Ellwood’s entire organization uses SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial, and is in the process of consolidating the multiple installations of the software used throughout the company.
United Equipment Accessories (UEA) is a preferred provider of quality custom components for motion applications. Their products include slip rings, cable reels, shift quadrats, and hydraulic swivels. UEA moved from a highly customized system in 2014 to SyteLine, and put in place procedures requiring that any customization be evaluated and justified. UEA is a strong user of the Advanced Planning and Scheduling system.
Reed Manufacturing was founded in 1896 as a fine tool manufacturer, and they continue to deliver high-quality pipe tools to this day. Reed selected SyteLine in 2013, largely because of the underlying technology that allows Reed’s team to personalize screens, create reports, and enhance the system – all without touching the system’s source code.
