Infor Xtreme Recognized for Outstanding Web-based Support

The Association of Support Professionals has named Infor Xtreme one of the “ten best support sites” for 2012.  Redesigned and relaunched in January as part of Infor’s new Xtreme Support program, the support portal is customizable and user-friendly to help Infor customers resolve technical issues more quickly to minimize business process disruption. In March, Infor also announced that the Xtreme Support program won the 2012 MarketTools ACE (Achievement in Customer Excellence) Award for support.
