Decision Resources, Inc., (DRI) was named a 2021 Infor Partner of the Year in the category of Cloud Upgrades. DRI was one of only four North American manufacturing partners to receive recognition as a Partner of the Year. The announcement was made at SyteLine User Network (SUN) Conference, an annual conference for users of Infor SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial ERP, on Tuesday, March 29. The Partner of the Year awards recognize global Infor partners that have demonstrated excellence over the past fiscal year.
DRI was recognized in this category for its efforts to help customers modernize by upgrading from on-premises ERP to cloud solutions. DRI is committed to moving customers to the cloud to improve security, lower costs, better manage industry regulations, keep current, and more. The company has moved more customers to the cloud than any other Infor partner.

Three of DRI’s customers were also recognized by Infor at SUN Conference. Oliver Packaging and Equipment Company (Oliver), Rigaku, and Tuuci were recognized as top Infor customers and treated to dinner with Infor executives to share insights and discussions about the software they utilize. Furthermore, Oliver Packaging was a recognized for its participation in the Infor Ambassador program. As a member of the Infor Ambassador Program, Oliver engages with peer organizations to share insight, experience, and results from implementing Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP.
