John Weber is the Vice President of Products at Decision Resources, where he leads the strategy and vision for Decision Resources’ suite of products. With over 20 years of experience in the B2B software space, John brings deep expertise in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for manufacturers and distributors.
Before joining Decision Resources, he held senior product leadership roles at Apprise Software, Aptean, and WorkWave – building and scaling high-performing product teams across multiple growth-stage organizations. As a product leader, he is passionate about uncovering unmet customer needs through discovery and delivering innovative, outcome-driven solutions that create real business value.
John lives in Charlotte, NC. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, exploring the outdoors, and baking homemade bagels.
