DRI searches all over the U.S. for the best talent to join our team. We hire SyteLine developers, consultants, project managers, customer success, administrative, and other talented people who are passionate and strive to exceed in their careers.

DRI’s corporate office is located on the 35th floor of the Gulf Tower in Pittsburgh, PA. We have satellite offices in Wichita, KS, and Austin, TX. The vast majority of our workforce, however, is 100% remote.

Our team reviews applications quickly. If you are a good fit for an open position, we’ll reach out to you via email to begin the interview process.

We will do everything we can to ensure your interview takes place in an environment that is fair to accurately assess your skills. Please inform our HR leader of any accommodations you may need during your initial discussions.

DRI offers a great healthcare package that includes medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees. You are eligible to enroll for benefits after one month of employment with DRI.

DRI generally adheres to a business casual dress code and the same would be appropriate for those interviewing with us. We do not expect you to wear a full suit to your interview. A nice sweater, dress shirt, polo, or anything similar is great with us.

DRI partners with Criteria to provide a pre-hire assessment. The assessment is broken into two ten-minute sections. One is a cognitive assessment and the other is personality-based. These assessments are NOT “pass-fail,” but rather a means for us to better understand your style of work and identify ways we can help you succeed in your new role. Upon completion, you will receive a “workplace insights” summary.

Interview Process

We know that interviews can be stressful, so we aim to make the process as transparent and straightforward as possible. We review every application we receive. If DRI’s HR leader and hiring managers believe you are a good fit, we’ll reach out to you quickly to begin the interview process.

The interview process will take about 2-3 weeks. During the interview process, you’ll have the opportunity to speak with numerous DRI employees to better understand our organization and the role. We aim for 2-3 interviews total.

Below is a breakdown of the interview process.
Stage 1: HR Discussion (30 minutes)
Stage 2: 1st Manager Discussion (1 hour)
Stage 3: 2nd Manager Discussion, if needed (1 hour)

All interviews are conducted on camera, remotely via Microsoft Teams. For some interviews, screen sharing may be involved. You will be notified of expectations beforehand.
