#1. User Experience & Interface Modernization
April’s release introduces new improvements to the user interface and experience in Infor CloudSuite Industrial. Enhanced Infor Design System (IDS) experiences and Hub views preserve key functionality while reducing friction in navigation and search.
New CloudSuite Industrial forms help users:
Locate key information with a clearer hierarchy for fields, statuses, and actions.
Find records faster with enhanced filtering, search, and query capabilities.
Reduce tab switching and time spent navigating with actions closer to the related information.
Similarly, improved Hub Views simplify navigation by consolidating process-specific metrics, exceptions, and next actions into a single layout.
This enables team members to more effectively manage key processes across areas like engineering, production, and quality with real-time visibility and in-context actions.
#2. Improved Role-Based Workspaces
Infor also improved the user interface for Workspaces. Workspaces are preconfigured, role-based views that surface key KPIs such as work in progress (WIP), on-time delivery, open purchase orders (POs), quality holds, and margin. Here, users can manage exceptions and alerts for late orders, shortages, capacity constraints, and supplier delays.
While Hub views are organized around specific processes, Workspaces are organized around manufacturing user roles.
Out-of-the-box, companies can enable Workspaces for engineering managers, production managers, quality managers, buyers, and executives.
#3. Embedded AI Innovation
Commenting on the new release, Infor shares “The most meaningful difference between AI that helps and AI that adds noise is context.” In this spirit, Infor developed native GenAI and AI agents to enhance the workday with insights grounded in your live system data. Users can summarize work orders and analyze exceptions without leaving their current task.
With Infor GenAI, employees can ask plain-language questions regarding their real-time ERP data.
AI agents compliment this feature. Agents are trained in functional areas such as operations, supply chain, and customer service and to perform tasks autonomously.
Key updates in this release (see Infor’s press release for more detail):
- Velocity Suite now includes Infor Industry AI Agents, Agent Orchestration, and Agent Factory.
- Infor Value+ solutions are now discoverable directly within Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI).

Turn AI into Business Value with Velocity Suite
As the AI market becomes increasingly saturated, organizations face three key barriers to transformation: skepticism about outcomes, market noise, and a lack of specialized resources. Many AI solutions promise measurable benefits but fail to make a tangible impact, eroding confidence across the company. Crowded markets create information overload, making it difficult to separate fact from hype. Finally, many SMBs often lack the internal resources to sustain AI projects.
Infor built Velocity Suite specifically with these challenges in mind.
Infor Velocity Suite is a comprehensive set of solutions designed to accelerate AI adoption and drive results within your CloudSuite Industrial ERP. Together, these tools help teams achieve real business value and scale AI across the organization.
“Infor’s Velocity Suite delivers value by packaging AI, process mining, and automation into a single, ready-to-use solution that works natively with CloudSuite Industrial, so manufacturers can quickly identify inefficiencies and act on them without adopting 3rd party tools.”
– Nick Perry, AI Technology & Innovation Account Executive at Infor
