Bill began working for Decision Resources in 1977 while still in high school. He helped transform the company from a developer of custom software for early microcomputers to the respected manufacturing software and consulting firm it is today.
As CEO, Bill oversees Decision Resources’ strategic direction and ensures the company’s culture aligns with its core values, which drive its commitment to delivering immense value to clients. In addition to his executive responsibilities, Bill is a leading technologist who often participates in software demos, AI advancements, and partners with the broader team to help solve unique customer requests.
Bill graduated cum laude from Harvard College in 1981 with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics. In his spare time, Bill enjoys recreational volleyball, and spending time with his wife, their two horses, and his cat.
