Jim Doyle is a seasoned finance and operations leader serving as VP of Professional Services at Decision Resources. In this role, Jim works closely with clients to support Infor CloudSuite Industrial implementations and drive operational improvements, with expertise across financial management, costing, multicurrency, multisite operations, service, and project management. Before transitioning to consulting, Jim was the Vice President and General Manager at a leading musical instruments manufacturer, where he oversaw finance and day-to-day operations for over 15 years.
Jim holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accounting from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He is passionate about helping organizations use technology to improve financial performance, streamline operations, and support long-term growth.
