Decision Resources, Inc. (DRI) is pleased to announce the hiring of Mike DuBois in the role of manager of development and technical services. In this role, Mr. DuBois will be responsible for leading the software development lifecycle of DRI clients’ Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ERP systems. This includes the design, implementation, coding, deployment, and maintenance of CloudSuite Industrial. Furthermore, Mr. DuBois will manage developer and technical resources in the design, development, and delivery of client deliverables.

Prior to joining DRI, Mr. DuBois held the role of director of IT application services at Ellwood Group Inc., where he was responsible for managing the programming team.  Mr. DuBois has over 20 years of experience working on IT projects that involve business analysis, programming, and database and application administration. His experience includes working in the IT departments in the auto insurance and health insurance industries, and most recently with a steel manufacturer where he worked with Infor CloudSuite Industrial ERP for 12 years.

Mr. DuBois has a Master of Computer and Information from Cleveland State University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from John Carroll University.

In speaking about his new role, Mr. DuBois said, “I am excited to join the DRI team which is full of business and technical expertise. I look forward to growing that expertise and having a positive impact with our clients.”

Ron McClellan, director of services operations is thrilled that Mr. DuBois has joined the DRI services team. “We are excited to have Mike join the DRI services leadership group,” said Mr. McClellan. “His direct experience with SyteLine, coupled with his manufacturing experience and education will be a great asset to DRI as we continue to grow and improve.”

The hiring of Mr. DuBois follows the creation of three new roles within the services department at DRI, including one that was filled by the promotion of Wes Jacobs in October. The new roles were created as an initiative to further embrace two of DRI’s core values: “care about our clients” and “embrace best practices in business and technology.” The goal in creating these new positions is to improve customer engagements by creating more streamlined oversight of projects.
