Bill Titus
President
Bill began working for DRI in 1977 while still in high school. Returning to DRI after college, he helped move the company from a developer of custom software for early micro-computers to the respected manufacturing software and consulting firm that it is today. He has responsibilities for the company’s strategic direction, as well as overseeing software and systems design, and business consulting. In addition to his responsibilities as the company’s chief executive, Bill is truly DRI’s lead technologist and can often be found participating in a software demo or working with the staff to solve a particularly interesting request from a customer.
Bill graduated from Harvard College in 1981, cum laude, with an AB in Mathematics. In his spare time, Bill enjoys recreational volleyball and distance running, and spending time with his wife and their three horses.
John Haddox, MBA, MS-ISM, PMP
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, John is responsible for ensuring that our customers receive the advice and resources they need to meet their business system goals and to create long-term strategies that maximize their investment in those systems. Since joining DRI in 1999 as a business consultant, John has served in management capacities leading DRI’s consulting, technical and development teams. John oversees all customer engagements, ensuring that DRI’s professional services staff provides clients with practical solutions that meet their goals and objectives. John has a strong and diverse background in manufacturing, operations, CRM and IT project management. Prior to joining DRI, he held positions in operations management and logistics management at Thermal Industries and Bayer Corporation.
John holds an MBA and Master of Science in Information Systems Management from Duquesne University. His undergraduate degree was in Supply Chain Management. John is certified in several Infor products including SyteLine ERP, Corporate Performance Management (PM10), Infor Motion and Inforce. John holds the PMP credential from the Project Management Institute.
John Schuetz
CFO
John joined DRI in 1995 as a senior accountant. He went on to hold the title of Controller and is currently employed as DRI’s Chief Financial Officer. John leads the company’s financial operations, including financial reporting, treasury, tax, risk management, internal controls and financial planning. He is also responsible for presenting the financial position of the company to DRI’s Board of Directors.
John earned his bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting from the University of Pittsburgh in 1991. John is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.
Sam DeBone
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Sam has been leading DRI’s sales and marketing team since 1989. Sam has over 30 years of experience in the software industry and over 25 years of experience with SyteLine software solutions. He is actively involved not only with projects for new customers, but also in working to ensure that DRI’s existing customers always receive the advice and support they need concerning upgrades, new products, and consulting services. Sam enjoys working closely with DRI’s customers and is committed to the company philosophy that there is nothing more important than DRI’s relationship with our customers.
Sam has directly contributed to the numerous awards and recognitions that DRI has acquired over years. DRI has been awarded more SyteLine sales performance awards than any other SyteLine partner in the United States. Sam holds a BA in Economics from Bethany College. He lives in Greensburg, PA with his wife and has three grown children. Sam is also an avid golfer.
Ron McClellan
Director, Services Operations
Ron joined DRI in 2020 as Director of Services Operations. Ron brings to DRI 30 years of experience leading professional services teams within the ERP and ECM software industries. He has experience in deployment, training, enhancing, and supporting software as both a vendor and end user. In his role at DRI, Ron is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support, counseling customers toward great project results, and putting the professional services team in a position to succeed.
Ron lives in Avon Lake, OH with his wife, Fran. He is the proud father of six adult children and grandfather of two. In his spare time, Ron enjoys boating on Lake Erie, playing guitar, reading biographies and historical nonfiction, and rooting for the sports teams from his hometown of Philadelphia.
Sharon Byrnes
Director of Cloud & Technical Services
Sharon joined DRI in 1991. She is responsible for specification development, application development, user documentation, and troubleshooting. She has expertise with UNIX, Windows, Progress RDBMS, SQL, database design, and more than 20 years of SyteLine releases.
Sharon is skilled both with the customization of the standard SyteLine product and with the designing and development of new large scale integrated add-ons.
Before joining DRI, she spent several years working in a mid-size titanium manufacturing environment. Her duties included raw materials purchasing, and implementing an early version of SyteLine which included creating custom screens and reports and providing user training and support. Sharon earned a bachelor’s degree in Physics & Astronomy and English from the University of Rochester, NY. She is based out of the Pittsburgh branch.
Shirley O’Neill
DRI Products Solutions Director
As DRI Products Solutions Director, Shirley is responsible for the operation and service delivery of DRI Products – working to provide productivity tools and solutions to DRI customers. Shirley joined DRI in 2013 after several years of working as a subcontractor for the company.
Shirley has over 30 years of experience in ERP professional services within the manufacturing industry and has worked with various ERP systems. She has held numerous roles in the industry, including Technical Services Manager, Project Manager, Client Success Manager, as well as Services Director at Infor. As a member of the professional services team at DRI, Shirley worked to ensure customer success by providing ongoing support and guidance to DRI customers and continues to do so in her current role as DRI Products Solutions Director.
Shirley holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Shippensburg University. She lives near Rochester, NY and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities with her husband and three adult children.
David Willett
Product Manager
David joined DRI as Product Manager in 2018 after partnering with DRI for over a decade on multiple projects. David has more than 30 years of experience working with SyteLine and CloudSuite Industrial as a user, consultant, and product manager. David also has 15+ years of experience with EDI automation and continues to expand on that as DRI’s Product Manager, helping customers be more productive with add-on products that leverage the interfaces they already know.
David’s experience in SyteLine began in 1987 at an aerospace and defense contractor. He was previously the Director of Product Marketing and Chief Technologist for Frontstep where they added the same CloudSuite APIs used today. David has worked with companies in Australia, Asia, Europe, Canada and USA.
David resides in San Clemente, California with his wife. In his free time, David enjoys playing with vintage tube/valve amplifiers and keeping up with his daughter who is an architect and his son who graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and is training to be a fighter pilot.
