History of Brentwood Industries

Founded in 1965 in Reading, PA, Brentwood Industries is a leading plastics manufacturer specializing in thermoforming and injection molding. As a true end-to-end provider, Brentwood supports design, material selection, and manufacturing strategy across the cooling tower, wastewater, construction, medical, and transportation markets. Brentwood currently operates 15 state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities worldwide.

For 30 years, Brentwood relied on SyteLine as the backbone of its operations. Over time, however, siloed processes and limited access to real-time, reliable data created inefficiencies. Brentwood saw an opportunity to gain new functionality and reinvent business processes through an ERP upgrade. To support this transformation, Brentwood partnered with Decision Resources to implement Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) 10 in the cloud.

Optimizing Business Processes in the Cloud

A primary goal for the upgrade to Infor CloudSuite Industrial 10 was to equip teams with timely insights to inform data-backed decisions. For example, the team wanted answers to questions like “How long does it take to unload a truck today?” so they could take corrective action. Improving workflows and delivering strong customer experiences required clearer visibility into key efficiency drivers. To support this effort, Decision Resources developed a comprehensive implementation blueprint that mapped Brentwood’s processes and pinpointed opportunities.

CloudSuite Industrial was initially deployed at one site, with plans to expand CSI across additional locations over the next few years. Moving to the cloud streamlined operations by standardizing and aligning processes with industry best practices. Real-time visibility has elevated productivity, decision-making, and customer service. As a continuously evolving platform, Infor CloudSuite Industrial enables Brentwood to stay current with ongoing innovation while supporting long-term growth.
